Find Success In Your Golden Years
By Texdrd | April 20, 2008
Where are the “Golden Years” and what can you do then?
Now that you have reached either retirement years, or have had to leave the workforce due to health reasons, there’s a void that enters our life.
For all the education and experience you have accumulated over the years, you have reached a point in your life where you may begin to feel “unneeded” (if there truly is such a word!). Up until this point, you got up in the morning, dressed, and went to work. You were needed, and others depended on you.
Now, all of a sudden, it’s a bad case of “out of sight, out of mind”.
That scenario is not necessary.
You have “been there, and done that”, and it is not a really pleasant feeling. You have worked for many years, and suddenly found that your pager no longer goes off anymore, there are no more evening calls and it was as if you suddenly do not exist anymore.
My prayer is that this does not happen to you, however, if you have that feeling, there are hope and solutions!
What brought about this wonderful solution, believe it or not, is the Internet. you can find it in your ability to be a valuable person once again.
The very fact that you are reading this, proves my point.
The Internet also allows you to give back to society, and also allows you to earn a supplemental income to your Social Security.
The most wonderful thing about the Internet is that it allows you to be yourself again regardless of sex or age.
It’s a well known fact that less that five percent of Social Security recipients can make ends meet without supplemental aid.
The most common thing I have heard is people concerned with was that they hoped their money would last as long as they did. Another thing I heard was the disappointment some had that their friends were going on a trip and they could not go because even though they had the time now as the money was not there as it used to be.
Your life experiences can be very valuable to you. Why not share them with the younger, more inexperienced, generation.
Believe it or not, you can provide this information and receive remuneration for it!
Or, if you have more money than you will ever need, you can still provide that information and give it away via the Internet.
The big plus is that you can do this in the comfort of your own home.
The very fact that you do such a thing will bring excitement and a sense of purpose back into your life (as well as some possible money).
It will give you a purpose to get up in the morning, a reason to enjoy what you are doing, and above all, a sense of being needed again.
These things, by themselves, are many times payment enough, and will absolutely rebuild your self esteem.
You really can do it, just like you probably have heard, “Just Do It”, you can too.
Never belittle what you have learned over the years, for as Will Rogers once said, “Every man is an expert at something”.
Whether it’s technical, supportive, or good recipes, that information is valuable to those that don’t have it. I did it, and I am thrilled that I can share my experiences and knowledge with others.
It has become my mission and a new beginning for me.
I sincerely wish you the same wonderful feeling.
Having a hard time finding something you can do, whether learning how to cook or even making money on the Internet? We’re building our website http://Texdrd.com and as time goes by you’ll see a great amount of reports with information not available elsewhere. Look through all the pages and find something that will really be what you are looking for.

A Way To Find Opportunities To Produce Income
By Texdrd | April 19, 2008
Here’s a program which has all the earmarks of success in a nutshell, as hard as that may be to accept.
Here’s a program which is new and full of opportunities for those of us who haven’t yet found something we could do to produce income and yet not require a college degree to succeed with it.
The Ultimate Online Money Loophole
Imagine never having to create a product, build a website or even do any marketing whatsoever, and still making money without any start up costs. Well that’s exactly what you can do now.
Internet entrepreneur Dave Gale has put together a mind blowing new course unveiling a money making secret people wanted kept quiet.
Visit Dave’s site and get a training program showing you exactly how to make money online the easy way.
I did, and I’m thrilled with the simplicity and how automated the system really is, plus the potential of the income it can produce.
Here’s the link once again: Click Here
Go take a look at it…you can’t lose a thing by just looking, and perhaps you’ll see what I see in it.

Golf - The Healthy Game
By Texdrd | April 19, 2008
How many times have you heard that walking is good for you? Hey, walking eighteen holes of golf (not riding in a cart) has got to have some cardiovascular benefit.
I used to love the game and played as often as I could…until that one day when after playing an awful round of golf I asked the pro what I could do to improve my game, and his reply was from the words of a famous pro golfer who suggested “Lay off for two weeks, and then quit altogether”. Even though he was probably just kidding me, it was not a very good suggestion when you love the game.
I guess after hearing that comment the “love of the game” sort of faded away! Now you don’t have to let that happen to you.
Several weeks ago I noticed a site which has a system available that has helped over sixteen thousand golfers in just the past three years to improve their swing and their enjoyment of the game.
I wish I had seen that many many (and I mean many, many) years ago. Now I can’t really start all over again, but the thought came to me that it might be of benefit to my readers.
After all, you might find it to be just the thing to improve your game and get some exercise (as well as get you off the couch in front of the tv)!
If you’re a golfer, my recommendation is to Click Here and see this program. I went there they sent me free ideas on a secret to maximum distance. Maybe you, or a friend, might find it a really informational site.
Now, if you’re a potential couch potato (like me), you might enjoy surprising your spouse with an enjoyable evening out and perhaps an invitation to joint you on the golf course.
Send some of your friends to our blog http://texdrd.com/blogsite and I’d appreciate it if you’d leave comments on what you’d like to see on our blog. And - if you made the overnight coffee cake, let me know how you liked it!
Thanks,
Texdrd

Action Without Distraction Is Your Only Hope For Success
By Texdrd | April 19, 2008
Are You Looking For That Pot Of Gold In Internet Marketing?I doubt that even Albert Einstein could easily calculate how many people throughout the world are trying to make their dream of success on the Internet come into reality. Add on to that the money they have spent trying to accelerate that dream. It reminds me of the historical searches many years ago for the fountain of youth..
Does That Pot Of Gold Really Exist?
If I told you “Yes, it absolutely does exist!” you’d probably wonder which one of us was really off his/her “rocker”. Your first thought is “If it does exist why have I spent so much time and money searching for that pot of gold and still can’t find it?”
Action Without Distraction Is The Answer To Your Thoughts
As humans we all are searching for our dreams to come true, whether it’s finding something we really desire. It might be that “perfect somebody” we continually look for, or maybe a better income or our “dream home”. Whatever our dreams are, we come down to earth when we realize that it usually takes money to accomplish those dreams. At that point in time we start looking into Internet marketing. After all, we see so many articles and websites telling us how successful we can be if we just “sign up” for this or that program.
The end result of our search is that we jump from one program to another, sometimes immediately after we purchase the one that caught our eye and promised us our dreams. This procedure will eventually cost us more money than we ever anticipated. Unfortunately that is what happens to a majority of people looking for that program that will fulfill their dreams.
Boiled down to one statement, the process is easy to correct once we understand what’s happening to us.
We begin to take Action on the program that looked so good to us. All of a sudden we either get an email, or find another website that offers us a “better” opportunity (at least we think that it’s “better”), and off we go, spending more money and shelving the first program. That latter process is called Distraction. This type of distraction can multiply and repeat itself until we realize how much money we’ve invested and how little, if any, money we’ve received after all the time and effort we’ve directed to our goal.
Compare Your Situation With Another One
Let’s assume that you just purchased what you considered to be the most beautiful shirt you’ve ever seen and you’ve just got to have it. You wore it a few times and one day you walk into another store and you see a shirt that really catches your eye. You’ve just got to have it, and you purchase it and it becomes your “favorite” shirt. Suddenly that first shirt you bought ends up in your closet and possibly you never wear it again. You’ve just experienced a distraction that interfered with your action of enjoying that first shirt. A simple example, but definitely the way our human brain reacts. Scientifically it’s where you fall prey to your conscious brain even though your subconscious brain knows the error you’re making.
Your Solution Is Available
Spend time selecting the path you’re going to take to succeed in fulfilling your dream. You have just taken the Action necessary. From that point on don’t allow any Distraction to take you off that path. Don’t let professional copywriters distract you from your actions. Your benefits will be twofold. First, you won’t be throwing money away going from one program to another, and Second, by directing your efforts to your goal, your chances of reaching it are multiplied. This can be summarized by Stop, Think Rationally, Take Action, And Don’t Let Distraction(s) Interfere With Your Goals.

Island Time And Successful Living
By Texdrd | April 19, 2008
I wrote this article a long time ago, and it seems to be so related to our topic if creating healthy and successful living that I felt it was appropriate that I wanted to share it with you, my readers.
Achieve Your Goals Without Losing Perspective On Why We Try To Succeed.
Several years ago I met a man from an island in the Pacific who said he missed living by “Island Time”.
I asked what this meant, and his answer really awakened me as to how we exist in the high tech world in which we live.
I learned that the inhabitants got up when the sun came up, and went to bed when the sun went down. Cars were almost non-existent, and when you said you were coming to see someone, no time was specified, and it meant “I’ll see you when I see you”.
Life is casual, simple, and people enjoy the beauty of the day, the flowers, and each other.
Compare that to our lifestyle.
We live by the calendar, and more specifically by the watch. Sounds familiar doesn’t it?
Because of the pressures of our daily lives in our “advanced” society, we have become a world of humans who accept nothing less than instant gratification.
So what do we expect? We want it NOW !
What’s wrong with this scenario? We’ve become a land of hypertension, heart problems, divorces, and stressed out individuals!
How are we going to correct all of this and still become successful and financially independent?
Let’s take it in steps and remember that the largest mountain can be moved…one rock at a time!
First, outline your goals…you’ll never obtain anything unless you know what you’re looking for. Pick out what you want to do and stick with it.
Second, plan how you’re going to find your goal, and then proceed a step at a time…After all, it took God six days to create the world, and He rested on the seventh. We all know God’s timing is perfect…why do we expect to “have it all right now”?
Third, have fun doing what you’re doing. If you are “pushed and shoved” into accomplishing your goal, you might as well not be doing it, because you’ll be so worn out when you “arrive” you won’t enjoy the fruits of your labor”.
How many times have you heard of wealthy individuals saying they’d give up everything if they only had their health back?
Be different…enjoy your life, don’t expect “overnight” success, and be grateful for all the beauty around you…your family, your friends, and above all, “take time to smell the roses”.
Finally, keep working at what you want to do, enjoy it as you progress, and always keep your eyes on your goal and “the big picture”. Finally remember, life is a journey…enjoy the trip!
Live your life as the islanders do…enjoy the beauty around you, and have fun!
